In the unlikely event you experience Internet issues, we’ll ask you a few simple questions such as, what the status lights are doing on the modem display and if you’re able to do a speed test and give us the result.  From there, we’ll handle the rest working with our carrier partners so, you don’t have to suddenly become a technician or spend the next 45 minutes doing technical work.
